• All profiles must contain the users real name.
• Users on this forum must provide a valid email address. Members may elect to have this address remain hidden from other forum members.
• By joining this forum, members consent that Australian Saltwater Flyfishing may contact them with offers from our sponsors. Your private details will not be passed on to any other party.
• User Profile signatures must not contain contact information in the way of hyperlinks, urls, email addresses or phone numbers. Exceptions are made for forum sponsors.
• While Saltwater Flyfishing Online encourages healthy and non biased debates and discussions, we will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. Our decision is final in these matters. These posts will be deleted and repeat offenders may be suspended or banned from the forums. Users are advised to remember that this is an electronic communication medium and as such it may be difficult for a reader to ascertain the emotion that was intended with a post. What you intended as a light hearted funny remark may actually come across to another user as quite rude. Emoticons are a good way around this problem.
• Commercial postings are not allowed except from forum sponsors. Non Sponsor Forum members are however allowed to make recommendations but any association with a product and/or service must be publicly disclosed and hyperlinks are not permitted.
• Sending Unsolicited Personal Messages for the purpose of commercial gain is not permitted.
• Linking to, promoting or commenting on other Australian based fishing web sites, forums, blogs or other electronic media is not permitted. Links to articles of interest on overseas sites are encouraged if the content is of benefit or interest to our members.
